Reports indicate that PAS boss Hadi has failed to impress diplomats in the countries in which he is due to represent Malaysia because of his negative attitudes. It appears that they are trying to make him fit for his new role, if only not to further tarnish Malaysia’s reputation; already damaged by the antics of PN and its top level backers.
These no doubt well meant efforts by foreign diplomats will probably fall on stony ground; or deaf ears; as even if Hadi wanted to learn how to be a diplomat he is probably too old and set in his belief that he knows better than the rest of us to change ether attitudes or conduct.
The lesson for PN, one of very many they have yet to learn, is that the cobbler should stick to his last and mend shoes rather than exposing the Malaysian diplomatic corps to foreign ridicule. Some hope!
