It has just emerged that apparent arch crook Najib ordered Felda to invest over two billion ringgit in an Indonesian plantation which claimed a value far in excess of its real worth.

It is said he did that in the face of advice from numerous quarters, including auditors, if so he cannot claim that he acted in ignorance. In fact it is clear that he should be prosecuted for that in addition to his other outstanding alleged crimes.

Further forensic enquiry is needed to see whether any of this wasted public money can be recovered.  In addition the help of the Indonesian government should be sought to try to trace what happened to the purchase payment and how much of it was kicked back to Najib by his Indonesian friend.
