An Illegal Government

On their own public admission BN spent enormously more on the 2013 general election than the law allows. Not only was that a series of criminal acts, but all concerned are automatically debarred from standing again at the next election.

As prosecutions require the Attorney General’s fiat there will be none,  An AG that can clear Najib in the face of overwhelming evidence is not likely to approve his and others prosecutions for stealing an election.

But that hardly matters. Since BN were not elected legally they are not legal members of Parliament and all laws passed by them are null and void.  More, since Ministers were not legally elected all that they do as such is also without legal effect!

In these circustances there is only one constitutional course to follow. The Agong HAS to dissolve this self admittedly illegal Parliamnt and call new elections. If he does not he includes himself among the guilty parties.
